You don’t need to have been a Scout when you were younger, and you certainly don’t need to know how to pitch a tent. Our doors are open to people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. We can only change lives because of people like you, the tea-makers, the tidy-uppers, and the skill-sharers.

We’re looking for minibus drivers, first-aiders, students wanting to boost their CVs, and parents who want to spend more time adventuring as a family. Whatever your skills, you can lend a hand for as much or as little time as you can spare. We promise you’ll get just as much out of it as you put in.

One week you might be helping a leader run an activity in the local hall, and the next you could be helping organise a night away or buttering 120 slices of bread for a group of very hungry eleven-year-olds. No two meetings are ever the same, but the impact you make is always huge.
